Build pipelines together

Ask questions, share patterns and talk to the team. Beta users, partners and curious data engineers are all welcome.

Community forum

Search answers, post questions and share how you solved a problem. Threads are public and searchable, and a team member replies within one business day.

Chat

Our community chat has channels for help, show-and-tell, connectors and release announcements. It is the fastest way to reach other users. Invitations arrive with your beta access.

Office hours

Every few weeks, usually on a Wednesday at 15:00 CET, an engineer from the team is on a call. See the events page for dates. Bring a pipeline, a design question or a bug. Sessions are informal and open to all beta workspaces.

Examples on GitHub

The synchronoid-examples repository has complete projects: registry sync, S3 file drops, Kafka feeds and dbt hooks. Each example has a README and tests.

Events

Webinars, workshops and release walkthroughs. Recordings are shared afterwards.

Contributing

Contributor guidelines

We welcome fixes, examples and new connectors. A good contribution is small, tested and explains why it exists.

  • Open an issue or forum thread before large changes, so we can agree on direction.
  • Keep one change per pull request, and include tests.
  • Examples must run with syn dev and a free Explorer workspace.
  • Do not include real credentials, personal data or customer data.
  • By contributing you agree your work is licensed under the repository license.

Be kind, be useful

Our community is for people who want to build better data systems. To keep it welcoming, we ask everyone to follow these principles.

  • Be respectful. Disagree with ideas, not with people. No harassment, insults or discrimination.
  • Assume good intent. Ask clarifying questions before criticizing.
  • Keep it relevant. No spam, unsolicited sales messages or recruiting.
  • Protect privacy. Do not share anyone else's personal or confidential information.
  • Report problems. Email hello@synchronoid.com or use the contact form. Reports are handled in confidence.

Moderators may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. This is a summary; the full text is pinned in the forum.
