Data flows you can show to an auditor

Reconciliation, reporting and risk work all depend on knowing exactly which data came from where. Synchronoid keeps the evidence with the data.

The problem

Numbers must match, and you must explain why

Finance teams pull data from payment providers, banks, ledgers and internal systems. Each has its own timing, format and failure modes.

When a figure is questioned, the team needs to reproduce it as it was on that day and show where each input came from. Ad hoc scripts rarely keep that evidence.

Our approach

Evidence kept by default

Raw payloads are stored untouched, and every staged and published value carries its source, fetch time and run id. A run can be replayed against stored data to reproduce a past result.

Steps are idempotent, so a retry never double-counts a transaction. Quality checks stop a bad batch before it reaches a report.

What you get

Controls that fit regulated work

Provenance on every value

Trace a reported number back to source records, fetch times and runs.

Idempotent loads

Re-running a step never duplicates a transaction or breaks a balance.

Quality gates

Row counts, totals and referential checks block a batch that does not add up.

History you can query

The published layer keeps a change history, so you can view data as of a past date.

Alerts that reach people

Late or failing sources alert your team through Slack or PagerDuty.

EU and US hosting

Choose Frankfurt or Virginia. A DPA is available, and SOC 2 Type II is in progress, with the audit window opened in Q3 2026.

How it looks

A reconciliation run, step by step

Two feeds are loaded, matched and published. The control room shows each step, so a reviewer can see what ran and what passed.

  • Every run keeps its inputs, logs and check results
  • Replay a run to reproduce a closing figure
  • Audit log and SAML SSO on the Enterprise plan

“Month-end used to mean rebuilding last week's numbers from memory and log files. Now we replay the run and point to the source records. Our reviewers stopped asking us for screenshots.”
