Many sources, one clean property model
Listings, ownership records, company data and market feeds all describe the same properties in different ways. Synchronoid merges them into one current record per property, and keeps every source visible.
The same property, described ten ways
Property data arrives from public registries, commercial providers, partner feeds and spreadsheets. Identifiers differ, addresses are written in many styles, and each source updates on its own schedule.
Teams end up with a pile of per-source scripts, duplicate records and no clear answer to which source is right.
Normalize, merge, track changes
Each source gets a small connector and a mapping into a shared typed model in the staged layer. The published layer merges records by key and keeps a change history.
When sources disagree, the provenance on each field shows which one supplied the value and when. Subscribers get change events such as a new owner, a price change or a status update.
A property data pipeline that scales with sources
Sources by configuration
Add the next registry, listing feed or provider with a short config and a small connector.
One model
Staged facts share one typed schema, whatever the source format.
Field-level provenance
See which source supplied an address, owner or price, and when it was fetched.
Change events
Emit events for new listings, price changes, ownership changes and removals.
Quota-friendly
Shared request budgets keep every provider within its limits.
Source health
A failing feed is retried, then paused, and your team is alerted before customers notice.
Many feeds in, one record out
Raw payloads from each source are normalized into staged facts. The published layer holds one current record per property with history.

“We connect a new source in days instead of weeks, and our customers can see where each value came from. That is a big part of why they trust the data.”
