Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This policy explains how Synchronoid uses cookies and similar technologies such as local storage. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, like local storage, work in the same way. We use the word "cookies" for all of them.
2. Categories we use
| Category | Purpose | Examples | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Sign-in, security, load balancing, remembering your cookie choice | Session cookie, CSRF token, consent record | Session to 12 months |
| Preferences | Remember settings such as theme or last-used workspace | UI preferences in local storage | Up to 12 months |
| Analytics | Understand which pages and features are used so we can improve them | Aggregated page and event counts | Up to 13 months |
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data collected through cookies.
3. Consent
Strictly necessary cookies do not need consent. We set preference and analytics cookies only after you agree, where the law requires it. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.
4. Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the control room, such as sign-in, will not work.
5. Third parties
Our analytics are provided by a processor that acts only on our instructions, as listed on our security page. Embedded content from other sites is not used on our pages.
6. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date above. Questions: privacy@synchronoid.com or the contact form.
