Simple pricing, beta prices
Start free, move to Team when your pipelines matter to the business, and talk to us when you need dedicated infrastructure. Every plan includes provenance, replay-safe runs and the control room.
Synchronoid is in private beta, so every plan needs an invite. Beta prices are lower than list prices, and we will tell you well in advance before anything changes. Read the beta terms.

A step-run is one execution of one step in a pipeline. Retries of a failed step count as one step-run. Replays of finished steps that are skipped do not count.
Questions about pricing
What happens to my price when the beta ends?
Beta teams will get early-adopter pricing when Synchronoid becomes generally available. We will give at least 60 days’ notice before any price change applies to your workspace.
What counts as a step-run?
One execution of one step. If a step is retried, all attempts together count as one step-run. When you replay a run, steps that already finished and are skipped are not counted.
What happens if I go over my step-run limit?
Nothing breaks. Your pipelines keep running, and we contact you to talk about the right plan. On Explorer, runs are queued after the limit until the next month starts.
Can I start on Explorer and upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrading keeps your workspace, sources, history and settings. You can change plans from the workspace settings or by writing to us.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or research?
Yes. Academic groups, non-profits and open-data projects can get Team at a reduced price. Mention it in your request through the contact form.
How do I pay?
Team is billed monthly by card or annually by invoice. Enterprise is billed annually by invoice. Prices exclude VAT and other sales taxes.
Not sure which plan fits?
Tell us about your sources and volumes. An engineer from the Synchronoid Team will suggest a plan and walk you through the platform.
