Beta Terms

Last updated: October 1, 2026

Synchronoid is in private beta. The service can change, break or be unavailable. Do not rely on it for anything you cannot recover from.

These Beta Terms apply in addition to the Terms of Service to every workspace that takes part in the Synchronoid private beta. If there is a conflict, these Beta Terms prevail.

1. Invitation and eligibility

Access is by invitation. We may accept, refuse or end any beta participation at our discretion. Participation is for evaluation of the service.

2. Service provided as is

The beta service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law permits. It may contain defects, lose features or produce unexpected results. You are responsible for keeping copies of data you cannot afford to lose, and for checking results before depending on them.

3. Changes

We may add, change or remove features, APIs, limits and pricing at any time. We try to announce breaking changes in the changelog. The roadmap is not a commitment.

4. No service level

No uptime commitment, support response time or service credit applies during the beta, except for Enterprise customers whose order form includes a 99.9% service level. Our status page shows current availability.

5. Beta pricing

Explorer is free during the beta. Team beta pricing applies while the beta lasts. We will tell you at least 60 days before beta pricing ends, and you may cancel before the new price applies.

6. Confidentiality

Non-public aspects of the beta, including unreleased features, performance data, documentation and roadmap items shared in confidence, are our confidential information. You will use them only to evaluate the service, protect them with reasonable care and not share them without our written consent. This does not apply to information that is public, already known to you, or independently developed. These duties continue for three years after the beta ends.

7. Feedback

If you give us suggestions, bug reports or ideas ("Feedback"), you grant Synchronoid a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it to improve our products and services without obligation to you. Feedback does not include your data or your confidential information, and we will not name you as its source without permission.

8. Data during the beta

Your data remains yours and our DPA applies. At the end of the beta or on termination we will give you a way to export your data and then delete it. We recommend that you do not connect highly sensitive production data until you are comfortable with our security practices. SOC 2 Type II certification is not yet complete.

9. Ending the beta

Either party may end participation at any time with written notice. We may end the beta program or change it to general availability. In that case a new agreement or order form may be required to continue using the service.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for the beta service is limited to the fees you paid for it in the preceding three months, or 100 euros if you paid nothing.

11. Contact
